- Keep the platform, theme, and all extensions updated (not related to content or customization) - Maintain a full suite of security features, including file and database monitoring, intrusion detection, malware detection, DoS protection, etc. - Monitor system and error logs to fix and resolve technical issues proactively - Nightly backups of the entire domain (files, databases, domain configs, etc.) - 30 days of backup retention - Emergency backup restoration (up to 1 incident per month at no charge) - Improved performance: Make sure the caching mechanisms are implemented properly, updated regularly and configured for optimal website performance, including the option for CDN. - Get up to 1 extra hour per month of custom development, tech support, remote assistance (or anything else) at a discounted rate of $45/hr (normally $75/hr.)
